With Spring practically knocking on our doors these days, I have found myself craving this delicious Pina Colada Cake! It’s easy like most of my recipes and it tastes OH SO GOOD!
You have probably past by cans of Coco Lopez a million times and never noticed it before. It’s usually located near the drink aisle or where the mixers are located for specific drinks. Until I made this cake I never knew it even existed, let alone how yummy it would be.
It only has 4 ingredients and you might have a few of these in your pantry already.
Pina Colada Cake
– yellow cake mix
– 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
– 1 can of coco lopez
– cool whip
Bake yellow cake mix as directed and let cool.
Poke holes all over cake with a fork. In a bowl mix a can of sweetened condensed milk and a can of Coco Lopez then pour over cake!
When you are serving the cake put cool whip on top. Don’t do the cool whip before 🙂
I promise it will blow your mind and be a hit at any party or event you have! It stays moist for days which never happens when I bake any kind of cake, LOL.
I would have lots of pictures but I am actually craving it now, so I’m going to make it again this week!
Sounds delish … too bad I’m on a hard core diet. Will have to make this for the lake house one weekend this summer tho.
I have every ingredient listed….and it is supposed to snow today. Maybe if I exercise while this is baking it will offset all the damage about to be done? 😉 Yummmmm
