Start your day with a positive affirmation. Tell yourself something good about yourself, your goals, or your life.

Challenge your negative thoughts. Whenever you catch yourself thinking something bad about yourself, replace it with a more realistic and helpful perspective.

Celebrate your wins, big and small. Acknowledge your achievements and appreciate your efforts. Don't downplay your success or compare yourself to others.

Learn from your mistakes, but don't dwell on them. Accept that you are not perfect and that failure is part of growth. Focus on what you can do better next time, not on what you did wrong.

 Surround yourself with supportive people. Seek out friends, family, mentors, or coaches who encourage you, inspire you, and believe in you. Avoid toxic people who bring you down or make you doubt yourself.
